We are now enrolling for our 2025 Fall Workshops
(Saturdays - September 13th-November 8th)
*no class Columbus day weekend*
Where: Howland Green Library (3 Rodney French Blvd New Bedford, MA 02744)
Age Ranges: 1st-8th grade
Session 1: "Intro to Acting"
Time: 9:30a-10:30a
An introduction into the basics of theatre, line memorization, stage direction, cast/team work with a small play presentation on November 8th. (Best suited for children with little to "no" theatre experience.)
Session 2: "Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice Workshop"
Time: 10:45a-12:15p
A musical theatre workshop with 'first look' into SCCT's spring musical "BEETLEJUICE JR" audition preparation including monologues, song requirements and character descriptions. This workshop includes a small presentation on November 8th. (Best suited for children with some experience and with interest in auditioning for 'BEETLEJUICE JR" in January 2026.)
Cost: $100.00 per workshop
(If interested in attending BOTH workshops back to back a combined payment of $200.00 is required.)
*Payment in full is required prior to start (Full payment due by: September 6, 2025 or applicants will be placed on wait list.) Payment is accepted via Venmo @SouthCoast-ChildrensTheatre (please see QR code on our Registration Form).
